An Overview
We're building the template to decentralize consulting at 100x the current value add. Our north star metric is measuring the competence to deliver quality work. It's achieved through Decentralized Validation powered by the Skill Graph Network as a tool.
We've gotten started with the Web 3 niche within Talent Acquisition as the pilot use case. And intend to establish the first 100x value add in the Talent Acquisition segment before we broaden the spectrum.
How's Talent Acquisition tied to Consulting?
The layer we're building focuses on two core problems that are universal to consulting - mapping of the right resources and vetting for quality.
Talent Acquisition is a part of Talent Consulting which encompasses Talent Management, Talent Insights, etc. Talent Consulting falls under the Consulting realm along with other forms like Strategic, Management, Technology, and the like. So, on solving these core problems for one use case at 100x better value, they can simply be adopted by the others.

Vayana is India's largest Supply Chain Finance Platform. They have a Web 3 arm called Vayu.Trade, and were looking for an AVP to lead Technology and Innovation for this division. This specific combination of knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, and Blockchain for an executive role is a rare niche.
But, guess what? Within 5 weeks of Manish sharing the JD with us, they rolled out an offer letter to Ashish. It takes up to a year in most cases to hire the right executive. Let's hear more from both of them.

Here's a sneak peek of what hiring 30-40x better looks like through an evolved version of our process. Sums up a significant part of what we've been up to lately.

It’s our first time rolling out an update, and haven’t been able to cover all sections we intended to in the same post. So, we’ve made this edition a two-part update.
